about

In my work I focus on what happens when people eliminate parts from our history, under pressure or naturally. I shine a light on parts from recent history, people are willing to forget. Documenting these subjects has an historical value and carries the status of 'evidence' of the things that have happened. I combine hisorical facts and the human remembrance on specific situations and times from the past. Constructing history from memories which became nostalgia, documenting parts form our society which people are able to forget.
